JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and provide solution to the customers and support sales in the closing business opportunities with AIDC
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Prepare proposal, specification and project lead time (man days)
- Transfer the details to development team
- Bridge between development team and customers for any clarification or negotiation
- Build and maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with clients for continued business with each client
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ requirements, needs and build proposing appropriate solutions (i.e. software proposal, software specification, database structure)
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks
- Manage the overall schedule by working closely with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget to achieve sales target
- Provide training related to AIDC solutions (internal/external)
- Communicate with 3rd party software company in terms of software proposal and specification (let them understand customer requirements and needs for them to deliver software system accordingly)
- Fine tune documents and lead time calculation based on inputs and feedbacks from 3rd party software companies
Job Requirements:
Graduate in computer science with minimum 3 years experience required.
Should have knowledge in AIDC,RFID
Programming Languages - C++, C#, VB.NET, HTML (+ Java, JavaScript, PHP, SQL SP, other)
Data File Structure - XML, CSV
Database Systems (Database and related tools) - Microsoft SQL, Oracle (+ MySQL, PostgreSQL, other)
ERP Systems - Oracle, SAP
Operating Systems - Windows (+ Android, Mac OS X, Unix Like, iOS)
Mobile Computers , Web platform
Network Products and Networking
